Role of This Website

This private reference site has no government affiliation. It does not store official files, verify custody, release people, post bond, or file documents with a public office.

It provides links and plain-language research paths to county jail, court, and corrections resources, as well as third-party research tools. Those external sources remain responsible for their own information and services.

Acceptable Use

• Use the site only in a manner that complies with applicable law.
• Do not use information here to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm another person.
• Do not make employment, housing, lending, credit, insurance, or tenant-screening decisions from site material.
• Do not attempt to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization.
• Do not use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to collect or copy site content.
• Do not interfere with the site, its security, or another visitor’s use of it.

FCRA Restricted Uses

Rock County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not prepare consumer reports, credit reports, or background checks, and neither this site nor its ad partners offers a screening service. You agree not to use any site information or linked tool result for an FCRA-covered purpose, including:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decisions
• Tenant selection, housing eligibility, or lease decisions
• Creditworthiness decisions or insurance pricing
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility decisions
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA
